Tourism Industry Focused Vaccination Drive to be Fast-tracked
Kimarli Fernando, Chairperson, Sri Lanka Tourism, confirmed that the tourism industry focused vaccination program was kicked off over the weekend starting from down south.
The vaccination drive is expected to cover key tourism hot-spots and is expected to build confidence among foreign travellers.
The Government plans to achieve 100% vaccination in the Colombo District by the end of this month and Western Province by next month.
