The parks were closed since March to curb the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in a massive loss to the treasury. These parks generate an annual income of Rs. 7,000 million. The parks will be open to local and foreign tourists whilst adhering to the strict guidelines issued by the health and safety authorities.
