Case for Reopening BIA to Foreign Visitors to be Presented to Cabinet
During a meeting held yesterday with all tourism industry stakeholders on charting the way forward during these unprecedented times, Prasanna Ranatunga, Minister for Tourism stated that the case for reopening Sri Lankan borders for foreign visitors will be presented to the cabinet as early as possible. He also reiterated that the new government remains committed to increasing investments and opportunities in the tourism sector following a quick revival post COVID-19.
