6 Industry Associations submit Recommendations for Short and Medium Term Relief Measures
Fresh round of talks held yesterday, on the tough times facing the tourism industry with 6 industry associations submitting recommendations for short and medium term. Key among the relief measures is an urgent appeal for state support to pay the wages of minor staff, in addition to other suggested relief measures on payment of electricity bills, as well as abolishing 1% local council tax to survive amidst the banks not providing concessionary working capital loans at 4% interest rates without any collateral.
