American Visitors not considered as EU prepares to reopen to Foreign Visitors
European Union considers reopening its external borders for the first time since March. E.U. countries were among the hardest-hit globally by the pandemic this spring, however most now have the virus under control and have been willing to consider opening their borders to other countries where the novel coronavirus is similarly under control. With the COVID-19 virus still raging in the United States American Visitors will not be allowed to travel to EU countries yet.
