Government of India to Extend Fullest Support to Investment and Tourism Sectors in Sri Lanka
Government of India is set to extend its fullest support to Investment and Tourism sectors in Sri Lanka which has been devastated by the impacts of Covid-19. In a meeting with Prasanna Ranatunga, Minister of Industry, Export, Investment Promotion, Tourism and Aviation, Gopal Bagley, Indian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka, stated that Indians opting to have wedding receptions in Sri Lanka would be a key segment of visitors along with Indian visitors keen to visit places related to Ramayana.
