India Remains Committed to Strengthening Ties Through the Promotion of Safe COVID Travel
Given the recent spike in the COVID-19 cases and resulting fatalities being reported in Sri Lanka the high commission of India has taken the necessary steps to follow stringent safety protocols in the interest of public health.
This may result in longer lead times in the delivery of services including consular and visa matters.
The High Commission of India stressed that they remained committed to strengthening ties through the promotion of safe and COVID appropriate travel.
