Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and interests.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, accommodations, and cultural insights.
• Liaise with local suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and guides, to arrange seamless travel experiences.
• Manage all aspects of trip logistics, including bookings, confirmations, and on-the-ground support.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination developments, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle any issues or changes during the trip, providing prompt solutions and support.
• Generate detailed travel proposals, including cost estimates, itineraries, and descriptions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote specific destinations and packages.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, or similar role within the travel industry.
• Deep knowledge of specific destinations, including cultural, historical, and logistical insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• A passion for travel and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences.
