About the Team

We are a small Team based in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Our team consists of hardworking and motivated individuals filling operational, customer, marketing, and business administration roles.

Role objective

  • Updating and managing our systems to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Liaising with third parties like hotels and accommodations regarding rates
  • Administrative support related to all hotel bookings, customer bookings and services
  • Assisting with any office administrative tasks that may arise

 

Required experience

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • High level of English

 

Required skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English capabilities
  • Computer literate and able to learn new applications
  • Knowledge of the topography of Sri Lanka
  • Willingness to learn and expand their skillset
  • Excellent punctuality
  • More important than any specific skills, the candidate should be motivated, eager to learn and improve

 

We are looking for someone who is motivated and has a positive attitude, we will teach you the necessary skills.
