Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Coordinator at Navigeto Travels. The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for arranging guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, managing events, and facilitating sales. The role involves ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for customers, meeting their needs and expectations throughout the journey.
Qualifications
• Guided Tours and Event Management skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales expertise
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of travel destinations in Sri Lanka
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
