Travel Agent Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and booking travel experiences, delivering exceptional service, and providing tailored itineraries that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
• Itinerary Planning: Design detailed travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements.
• Booking and Coordination: Reserve flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Destination Knowledge: Provide expert advice on destinations, including cultural, historical or any other.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve travel-related issues, such as itinerary changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
• Sales and Upselling: Offer additional travel products and services, such as insurance or exclusive packages, to enhance client experiences.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate handling of travel documents, such as tickets, visas, and passports.
• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and regulations to deliver competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or similar role in the travel industry.
• Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
