As an Associate Systems Support Engineer, you’ll provide L1 and L2 Technical Support for our offices worldwide. Being the primary point of contact for end-users, you’ll maintain software applications, operating systems, and windows servers. You’ll identify problem points, work on solutions and manage ticket queues to guarantee excellent customer service.
This is a full-time position based out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka where you will work on a rotational roster across 24/7 operational hours.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
• Minimum one year of industry experience in an IT Help Desk/ Service Desk or NOC environment.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems & Network, Systems Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and network troubleshooting
• Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP)
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Client/Server systems with experience supporting Active Directory services on Windows 2016/2019
• Experience administrating Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions: including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
