We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Director, Leasing to join Cinnamon Life City Of Dreams, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

As an Assistant Director You will lead the charge in shaping the leasing strategy for our state-of-the-art retail destination. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive leasing plans, identifying and securing top-tier tenants, and negotiating lease agreements that align with our vision of creating a world-class shopping experience. You will be tasked with managing tenant relationships, ensuring a diverse and high-quality retail mix, and working closely with various departments to integrate tenants seamlessly into the mall’s ecosystem. Your role will also involve market analysis to stay ahead of trends, coordinating with marketing teams to enhance tenant visibility, and ensuring that the leasing operations meet both strategic and financial goals.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. You should have a deep understanding of the retail market and a passion for creating vibrant, successful retail environments.
