We have an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Restaurant, the Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests at Cinnamon Life and should be able to mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks per guests' needs and expectations.
You will be also required to maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Do you possess prior experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel environment?
• Do you possess an excellent command of English?
