Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage - Events Coordinator at Courtyard by Marriott in the Colombo District. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating food and beverage events, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining food safety and service standards.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge
• Food Safety expertise
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
• Certification in Food Safety or related field is beneficial
