Food and Beverage Cost Controller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B Cost Controller at Taj Hotels in Colombo. The role involves tasks such as cost control, menu costing, financial analysis, and utilizing analytical skills to manage expenses and maximize profitability in the food and beverage department.

Qualifications
• Cost Control and Menu Costing skills and also previous experience in Simphony
• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in Accounting
• Ability to effectively analyze financial data and trends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
