Assistant Manager - Guest Relations

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Guest Relations to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

In this role you will,
• Oversee daily Guest Relations operations to ensure high-quality, consistent service.
• Lead, mentor, and train the Guest Relations team to foster a service-oriented culture.
• Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and implement continuous improvements.
• Coordinate VIP arrangements and special events to meet high guest expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments for cohesive, seamless service delivery.
