We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Guest Services - Mall to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, the much-anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Reporting to Director, Mall Management, you will spearhead a dedicated team to ensure that every guest interaction not only meets but exceeds expectations, leaving each visitor thoroughly delighted. In this role, you’ll lead your team in providing exceptional service, adeptly handling inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and care. Your collaborative approach will ensure smooth service delivery across departments, addressing any guest concerns with efficiency and effectiveness. By closely monitoring and analyzing guest feedback, you will drive initiatives that continuously enhance the overall guest experience.
Additionally, you will oversee the guest services desk, prepare comprehensive reports on guest interactions, and play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing your team.
