Our collection includes, Wallawwa in Kotugoda, Fort Bazaar in Galle Fort, Kumu Beach in Balapitiya, Camellia Hills in Dickoya, Goatfell in Kandapola, Nine Skies in Demodara and Lunuganga in Bentota.


We are looking for a Chef De Partie for Fort Bazaar - Galle



Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the property kitchen head with the standard and the quality set by the company. 

Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis.

Maintain good hygiene standards.

Assist property kitchen head in implementing new menus, staff training and administration work if required. 


A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Chef De Partie.

Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Proven supervisory experience.
