Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovate with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for food creativity and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
