Sales and Relationship Management:
Visit assigned travel agencies regularly to introduce and promote our partner hotels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and decision-makers within
assigned agencies.
Act as the primary point of contact between Elevate Hospitality and assigned travel agencies.
Pipeline Development:
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure steady growth and achievement of sales
targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Performance Enhancement:
Monitor and analyze the performance of each assigned travel company to identify areas for
improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and revenue from each assigned travel
company.
Provide training and support to travel agents on our partner hotels, including features, benefits,
and unique selling points.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and
potential market opportunities.
Use market insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to travel
agents and their clients.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner.
FAM Trips:
Participate in familiarization (fam) trips organized for travel agents to provide them with
firsthand experience of our partner hotels and destinations.
Use these opportunities to strengthen relationships with travel agents and enhance their
knowledge of our offerings.
Perform any other professional tasks related to the business scope as assigned by management.
Remuneration
Basic Package: LKR 50,000 - 80,000 per month.*Negotiable based on experience
BYOD Policy: An allowance of LKR 2,500 per month for mobile expenses and LKR 3,000 per
month for laptop usage will be provided.
Transport: Expenses for official matters will be reimbursed, or the corporate account can be
used.
