As a Reservations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the Reservations team and delivering service-level excel
lence for our DMC. You’ll ensure that the team achieves fast turn-around times and confirms accurate bookings. You'll work with booking systems to effectively manage diverse bookings with suppliers of all accommodation, transportation and activities required for external group series and FIT trips.

In this role, you’ll continually enhance our reservation processes, ensuring timely confirmations and correct reservation details for our suppliers and leaders. You'll also advise great alternatives for costing or booking changes.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Colombo office, requiring some flexibility in work hours due to the operational nature of the role.

To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
• 3 years’ experience in the travel industry/ destination management companies, ideally in a Reservations capacity
• Previous supervisory/ team leading experience
• Strong local travel destination knowledge
• Proven experience with reservations processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills

You’ll also be passionate about travel and bring amazing coaching and organizational skills!
