Reservations Executive

Reservations Executive at the Fox Resorts Head Office in Colombo. The ideal candidate should be a professionally driven individual experienced in Reservations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and the ability to think out of the box with a keen interest for travel and building relationships and networking in the travel trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of the reservation process.
• Drive and lock in travel agency inquiries and bookings to optimize sales.
• Process system bookings accurately and manage advance and credit payments.
• Manage travel agent allotments & meticulously follow through on each booking for a seamless guest check in experience.
• Provide excellent service and support to partner travel agents.
• Work closely with various departments to optimize the booking process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations
• Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an added advantage.
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems fast.
• Experience with yield management and revenue optimization.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills is an added advantage.
