Reservations Executive

We are seeking a skilled and creative Reservations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage reservations efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to our evolving business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the reservation process using the opera system
• Handle guest inquiries and bookings for multiple properties
• Implement creative solutions to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor and analyze reservation trends to inform business strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, promotions, and packages
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel reservations, preferably in upscale or boutique properties
• Proficiency in opera PMS system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Knowledge of revenue management principles is a plus

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
