We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Entertainment, to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 16 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. As the Director, Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in curating and delivering an extraordinary entertainment lineup, bringing together renowned local and international bands, creating signature events, and driving guest engagement. Your primary focus will be on coordinating dynamic experiences that elevate the property’s brand and attract audiences while ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will develop strategies to attract guests to events, balancing revenue generation with customer satisfaction, while building and nurturing relationships with talent agencies, promoters, and performers to secure exclusive partnerships and bookings. Working closely with the Marketing Communications team, you will craft innovative promotional campaigns and coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to integrate dining and entertainment offerings seamlessly. In addition, you will be responsible for creating an ambiance that reflects the luxury and vibrancy of Cinnamon Life, reinforcing its reputation as a premier entertainment destination. Effective management of entertainment budgets will be essential, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising on the quality of experiences delivered.
