Trainee - Travel Consultant

Detroves Travels (Pvt) Ltd, a specialist in inbound travel, is seeking suitable candidates for the position of Trainee Travel Consultant.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Travel Consultant located in Colombo.

As a Trainee Travel Consultant at Detroves Travels, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. You will provide recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for our clients. You will also handle inquiries, resolve issues, and process bookings, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands A degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is not a must but a plus .
