Assistant Manager - Finance (Budgeting and Forecasting)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Finance to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Finance, you will be responsible for short-term and long-term forecasting, preparation of annual budgets, budgetary control and variance analysis while providing accurate and data-driven information to the management on the business performance and financial position. The role's focus will be optimizing financial strategies and providing insightful analysis to drive informed decision-making and boost business performance.

Prior experience in budgeting & forecasting and working with financial models will be an essential pre-requisite for the role.
• Do you have a passion for Management Accounting / Financial Analysis with sufficient experience in financial forecasting / option evaluation and budgeting?
• Are you a qualified Management Accountant in CIMA or possess a similar qualification?
