Guest Service Executive – Cinnamon Lodge Habarana

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Executive to join Cinnamon Lodge Habarana. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

 

The Guest Service Executive serves as our guests' first point of contact and is responsible for managing reservations, administering check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities while providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome. You will be the source of information to guests on various matters while responding to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner. This role will anticipate guests' needs to better cater to their needs and communicate any special requests by guests to the appropriate department. In addition, this role will require upselling additional facilities and services when appropriate and maintaining updated records of bookings and payments.
