Manager, E- Commerce

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, E-commerce, to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

The Manager, E-commerce will play a vital role in driving the execution of our e-commerce strategy and aligning business objectives with e-commerce goals. You will develop a comprehensive plan to increase online sales and revenue. This includes enhancing website design, optimizing the customer experience, and deploying effective digital marketing tactics. You will oversee web projects related to our hotel services, creating user-friendly interfaces that generate revenue. Additionally, you will fine-tune the booking process, optimize pricing strategies, and implement promotions for conversions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensures a seamless e-commerce approach, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Monitoring e-commerce trends and leveraging data-driven insights will optimize the customer experience and increase conversion rates. As part of your role, you will develop and oversee e-commerce budgets, P&L statements, and sales forecasts. By carefully managing financial resources and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), you will optimize spending and ensure a healthy ROI.
