Demi Chef De Partie ( Indian)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef De Partie (Indian) to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, the much-anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. In this role, you will report to the Chef De Cuisine (Indian) and play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of authentic Indian cuisine. You will work closely with the Chef De Partie and other team members to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to standardized recipes and specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

As a Demi Chef De Partie (Indian), you will assist in managing a specific section of the Indian kitchen, taking responsibility for daily food preparation and production to meet the demands of service. Your expertise in Indian cooking techniques, spice combinations, and flavor profiles will be vital in delivering dishes that captivate our guests and provide a memorable dining experience.

In addition to your culinary skills, you will be involved in maintaining inventory levels, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the training and development of junior chefs. Your attention to detail and commitment to consistency will help ensure that our culinary offerings are always of the highest standard. You will also play an active role in waste management and portion control, contributing to the overall profitability of the kitchen.
