Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer located in Bentota. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Effective communication skills
• Receptionist duties and front desk experience
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
