With over 10 years of experience, we are a leading tour operator for customized tour packages to Sri Lanka and Maldives, with a 100% customer satisfaction record. As a certified safe travel agent and registered and licensed under the Sri Lankan Tourism Development Authority, we focus on B2B and B2C inbound travel to Sri Lanka and Maldives. We have direct contracts with leading hotels, resorts, and luxury brands in both countries, as well as our own vehicle fleet with safety protocols in place.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and managing communication with customers. Duties will include phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role is located in Dehiwala.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

• Experience in reservations and handling customer inquiries

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and handle receptionist duties

• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience in the travel industry is a plus

• Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is beneficial
