We've learned so much about e-Tourism and now we are going to learn about
e-Reputation.
This is an important part of a business action plan.
e-Reputation is how an audience sees a business in an inline space.
Building and maintaining an e-Reputation is the same as how we build and maintain personal
reputation offline.
The only difference is that we use online review tools to create engagement and broadcast
information.
This course will teach us how to keep our business's reputation safe while getting the
exposure we need.
