customers.
It helps customers locate a business on Google Search and Google Maps.
Here's how we can use My Business;
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information about a business
- Interact with customers
- Attract new customers
Step 1 - Add or claim your business listing
On google maps
- Open Google Maps on a device
- Search for the business
- Open the business information panel, scroll down and tap Claim this business
- Go to Google My Business
- Sign in
- Use an existing Google account or create a new one and click Next.
- Enter the business address
- Follow on screen instructions
Enter the business in Google My Business to receive a postcard with a verification code within 14 days.
